Okre Development has secured another tenant for its flagship office scheme in Warsaw. Experts in lean strategy, the company Leanpassion took more than 260 sqm of office space in the GreenWings Offices project, which offers 10,850 sqm of GLA. The transaction pushed the occupancy level in the building to nearly 100 percent. GreenWings faces the General Aviation terminal at Warsaw’s Chopin Airport.
