Michael Okun has joined Cresa as a principal in the firm’s New York office. Okun will be joined by his original team from Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, Daniel Taormina and Richard Shames, both serving as vice presidents at Cresa. A 15-year veteran of the industry, he has spearheaded strategic planning and managed leasing programs for such prominent tech clients as Bowery Farming, Comixology, PulsePoint, WeWork, Buddy Media. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Law from Lafayette College. “It’s great to be working with Michael again,” says Peter Sabesan, Managing Principal of Cresa NY. “He has an amazing capacity to zero in on clients’ workplace needs and now he will have the added advantage of in-house project management services.”
