Three new tenants signed leases at Olympia Tower, bringing the Bucharest office building’s occupancy rate to 95 percent.
The Advisers/Knight Frank, the building’s leasing agent, signed the IT companies Namco Bandai (1,000 sqm) and Optaros (1,000 sqm) earlier this year and recently also secured a contract with a retailer who signed on for 1,100 sqm of space. The third tenant’s name was not disclosed.
Owned by Bluehouse Capital, Olympia Tower offers 9,555 sqm of space and is located on Decebal Boulevard. Bluehouse Capital has several other projects on the local market, including Astoria Business Center, Victoria Center Office, and Praktiker Craiova.
