Olympus is having a new corporate center built in Hamburg for its marketing and sales departments in cooperation with Zech Group. The project in the Hamburg district of Hammerbrook consists of an eleven-storey building plus three underground floors with 532 parking spaces. The property will offer 48,500 sqm of lettable space, of which Olympus will be using approximately 34,500 sqm. The project is being developed by Zech Group, which will also provide rental and placement services. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2020. Von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects (gmp) designed the new Olympus corporate center.
