Olympus Property has paid $131.5m for Icon Harbour Island. Located 2 miles south of downtown Tampa, the 21-story, 340-unit property was completed in 2017. Common amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas and daybeds, a clubhouse with a catering kitchen and piano salon and a parking garage with 440 spots. Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller, The Related Group. The sale marks the largest multifamily sale in Tampa Bay’s history. The new owner has rebranded the property Olympus Harbour Island.
