Omnia Invest plans to add flats to its office project Omnia Business Center in Bratislava’s Ružinov district. The developer applied for a change to the project for which it secured permits five years ago. Omnia Invest originally presented its plans for the project public in 2012. The project, which is to go up in the former production area of Institute of textile technology on Tomášikova street included 25,000 sqm of office in four 6-story buildings, along with services and underground parking. The developer hoped to break ground in 2013, but failed to progress further than clearing the site. The current plans it’s seeking permission for would include 64 flats on the fifth and sixth floors of the buildings.
