OmniOffice, operator of serviced offices, has joined the group of tenants at The Warsaw HUB. The company leased 1,550 sq m in the modern office space and plans fitting 180 ready-made workstations in 52 rooms. The company will also provide tenants with conference rooms and a comfortable leisure area.
Other tenants include Getin Noble Bank, Standard Chartered, GATX, Atradius, Elanco, GrECo and Cushman & Wakefield. In one of the three towers, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels will soon open. Retail tenants include McDonald’s restaurant, Zdrofit fitness, Rossmann, and Biedronka supermarket.
The architecture of the building is the work of the renowned AMC Andrzej Chołdzyński studio. The interiors of The Warsaw HUB are the responsibility of the award-winning Przemysław “Mac” Stopa and Massive Design.
