OMV Petrom gives Deutsche Schule Bukarest land for new school

Deutsche Schule Bukarest (DSBU) is planning to build a new school in northern Bucharest by 2018. OMV Petrom SA is providing DSBU with 2 ha of land near the company’s Petrom City headquarters. The new 8,000 sqm building will include several classrooms. There will also be a 2,500 sqm sports area and playgrounds.

Deutsche Schule Bukarest was founded in 2007. The private school was accredited by the German Foreign Ministry and is a member of the World Federation of German Schools.
