At a glamorous ceremony, marking the 9th edition of CIJ Awards Gala, held at Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest, Optim PM won for the second time in a row the “Project Management Company of the Year” Award. This 4th award represents the testament to strong leadership and the difference it can make defining an organization and the recognition of the professionalism and hard work put in by the whole team of Optim Project Management.
During 2016, Optim PM continued to grow its portfolio to 70 projects and delivered the most important real estate projects of the year, consolidating its Leader position on the Real Estate & Construction Market in Romania and in the region.
Optim PM is proud of its achievements in 2016, delivering all the major new retail schemes of the year: Timisoara Shopping City, Constanta City Mall extension, Park Lake, Veranda Shop & Stay, Piatra Neamt Shopping City and three Cinema City complexes. The company continued involvement in managing the constructions of different retail, office and industrial projects such as Aviatorilor 8, Oregon Park, Orhideea Towers, Sun Plaza, BB Offices, Galati Shopping City and new competences in the residential sector with West Residential Park, Poseidon and Green Vista projects. Other significant activities were General Design & Permitting services for two of the most important and largest industrial developments in Romania: Yildiz Entegre and AA and performing Technical Due Diligence pre-acquisition services for Real Estate and Renewable Energy Clients and TDD & construction monitoring services for different banks, for re/financing of various projects.
