Oncisa is poised to sell a plot close to Madrid’s financial district to Ibosa for €30m. Located between the M-11 and the A-1 motorways and Avenida de Manoteras, the property covers 7,000 sqm and has a buildable area of 17,000 sqm. Ibosa is planning to build a 75 meter, 20-story tower as well as two housing blocks with more than 130 flats. CBRE brokered the deal.
