One Floreasca City is scheduled for completion at the end of the year. The mixed-use project is being developed by One United Properties in Bucharest. The residential component, One Mircea Eliade, includes three towers, with 80 percent of the units already sold, according to Beatrice Dumitrașcu, vice president of residential sales at One United Properties. There is also an office component, One Mircea Eliade, as well as underground parking with 1,200 spots.
