The mixed-use project One Herastrau Towers in Bucharest is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. Going up on Nicolae Caramfil street, the scheme will include residential, office and commercial space. The developer is One United Properties.
“The advanced works for this mixed project are within the project deadline set for the end of this year. The completion of the structure now allows the progress of the works, so in the next five weeks we will dismantle both cranes. Eighty-five percent of the entire project has already been pre-contracted,” said Beatrice Dumitrascu, vice president of residential sales at One United Properties.
