Marketing agency One House has leased 1,200 sqm at the Bobrowiecka 8 office building in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district. CBRE advised the landlord during the lease process. The Bobrowiecka 8 building offers nearly 22,000 sqm of office space and more than 2,400 sqm of retail space. The developer and manager of the project is Spectra Development, while the general contractor was Hochtief Polska.
