One Liberty Properties acquired two industrial assets for $11.8m. The company paid $8m for a 100,000 sq ft industrial facility on 4.6 acres located three miles east of downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The property is currently leased to two tenants with leases expiring in 2023 and 2024. The second property is a 57,000 sq ft building in Wauconda, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, that cost the company $3.8m. The class A building is leased to Echo through 2024.
