The real estate developer One Mircea Eliade Properties obtained in court the dissolution of the Save Bucharest Association. The decision was given by the 5th District Court, but it is not final.
According to the developer, from 2018 until now, the Save Bucharest Association (together with two other NGOs controlled by Nicușor Dan) have attacked one of its projects – One Floreasca City (worth over EUR 400 million) in court.
“This project, developed on our privately owned land, has returned to the local community an industrial area that has been in disrepair for over 20 years (the former platform of the Automatica factory). In addition, our company has borne the costs related to the renovation of the park and the redevelopment of the street grid and the reconfiguration of the intersections in the proximity of the projects, with the aim of streamlining traffic,” said Andrei Diaconescu, co-founder & co-CEO of One United Properties.
