One United Properties is investing €1m into the refurbishment of One North Gate in Bucharest. The developer will update the lobby, common areas and courtyard of the business park, which is located near the city’s Promenade Mall. One United Properties is aiming to secure BREEAM Excellent certification for the project, which offers 23,000 sqm in two buildings as well as 504 parking spots.
