One-quarter of Wilanów flats for sale

5 February 2015

Wilanów residents are the most active sellers of flats in Warsaw, as nearly 23 percent of the district’s flats were on sale at the end of 2014, according to Polish Statistics Office and Home Broker. This makes Wilanów the district with the most flats for sale city, says Maciej Górka from Domimporta.pl. “As Wilanów has become one of Warsaw’s key residential districts, it has attracted a number of residential investors, who provided this offer over the years,” says Górka.

The city’s biggest district Mokotów had 14,300 flats on offer at the end of last year, according to the figures, or 11.3 percent of its total secondary market. It was followed by Wesoła (6.9 percent) Praga Północ (6.5 percent), Targówek (5.6 percent) and Rembertów and Wawer (about 4 percent).
