ONE Sotheby’s International Realty announced that it named Beatriz Martinez-Prillaman managing broker of Broward County. In her new role, she will oversee the firm’s daily market operations in Broward County and focus on enhancing agent training and client services. Martinez-Prillaman earned a degree from the University of Florida and she holds various other real estate designations, as well as being a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
