One United Properties will develop an exclusive residential project in the Modrogan area of the Capital. One Modrogan will comprise 3 blocks with low height arrangement (3 floors with the 4th introverted). “One Modrogan is a unique project both for us, as developers, and for future owners, primarily because land in such area is rarely available, perhaps once every 20 years,” says Beatrice Dumitrașcu, VP Residential Sales One United Properties. The building permit for One Modrogan was obtained in September 2020, when the construction works started. The architectural concept of the project is realised by the architecture office DD Design Studio, in collaboration with the architecture office X Architecture & Engineering.
