One United Properties started construction on One Herăstrău Park in northern Bucharest. The mixed-use project will include several residential and office buildings.
One United Properties is owned by Victor Capitanu and Andrei Diaconescu. Its portfolio includes One Floreasca Lake (9,000 sqm) and Madrigal Residence (4,000 sqm).
