One United Properties, a residential developer controlled by Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Capitanu, entered the Bucharest office market with the purchase of the North Gate scheme in the capital’s Pipera district. The property was bought at an auction for €16.8m. The building has a leasable area of 20,600 sqm and a built area of 35,000 sqm. Creativ Invest Grup, which developed the project, filed for insolvency and its assets were auctioned off.
