One United Properties announces the expansion of the Neo Mamaia residential complex, with over 200 apartments, after the acquisition of five plots of land in the immediate vicinity of the first Neo Mamaia complex. At the same time, the developer will extend the frontal opening to the sea of the complex, up to over 250 meters. Currently, the developer has completed the first phase of the Neo Mamaia complex, which includes 50 apartments and whose construction began in autumn 2018. The first phase is already pre-contracted in proportion of over 90%.
