One United Properties S.A. officially entered on July 12, 2021 on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company’s shares began trading on BVB’s Main Market, under the ONE stock symbol.

The initial public offer of the developer carried out between June 22 and July 2 was oversubscribed in both tranches, both in the segment of institutional and retail investors, investors proving a considerable interest for the company from the first day of subscription.
