One United Properties has modified the facade of its One Cotroceni Park project. The company sold 30 percent of the schemeās office component. The ā¬25m obtained from existing investors will be used to fund the development of the project. One United Properties owns 56 percent of the office component, while Element Invest Partners holds 16 percent and Romanian investors make up the remaining stakeholders. āAll the money is reinvested in the development of the office component, for which we created two new companies: One Cotroceni Park Offices and One Cotroceni Park Offices Phase 2,ā said Victor Capitanu, one of the two main shareholders at One United Properties.
