One United Properties has secured a building permit for the first phase of One Cotroceni Park, a mixed-use schemed planned for central Bucharest. The investment is valued at €130m. The first phase of the project will include an 80,000 sqm business park. One Cotroceni Park, which will be connected to the planned Academia Militara metro station via an underground passageway, will also include a 15,000 sqm retail component as well as 800 apartments.
