One United Properties has signed a contract for the sale of their most expensive penthouse in One Mircea Eliade building. Located on the 20th floor of the building, the penthouse sold for €6,8 milion. The 1,000 sqm unit comes with a pool, furniture and interior design.
One Mircea Eliade will have 247 exclusive apartments in its two buildings which are 15 and 20 floors tall. The buildings are part of the mixed-use project One Floreasca City, which will include an office building – One Tower, and a retail center operated by Auchan. The project will be built on a 2.8 ha plot bought by One United Properties and Auchan two years ago from Global Finance.
