Romanian developer One United Properties is prospecting the Italian market and is looking for land to build apartments in Milan. In the heart of the city, homes are sold at prices of almost 7,000 EUR / sqm, and the price drops on the outskirts, to 3,300 EUR / sqm, according to the site Immobiliare.it.
Victor Căpitanu, one of the founders of One United, declared last autumn that “we are already analyzing other cities outside Romania and we are looking for the right opportunity in terms of coming up with an offer for the demand in that market, but we do not make a decision in this regard.”
The company has budgeted for this year sales of apartments worth over RON 1.2 billion and a profit of RON 550 million. One United will complete the One Verdi Park, One Modrogan, One Timpuri Noi and One Floreasca Vista residential projects this year.
