One United Properties has secured the building permit for its Neo Floreasca Lake residential project in Bucharest. The project, under the Neo brand, is designed as a contemporary small residential complex and will offer 50 apartments at the edge of Lake Floreasca. Completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2022. More than 20 percent of the units are under contract. The shareholders of Neo Properties Development include Octavian Avramoiu (17 percent) and One United Properties (83 percent), which also acquired the shares of Cătălin Scripcaru, following his withdrawal.
