One United Properties is planning to develop a mixed-use project along Barbu Vacarescu boulevard in northern Bucharest. The company just secured a building permit for One Verdi Park, which will include residential units and office space in two 75-meter towers. Plans call for 134 apartments in one tower and 21,000 sqm of office space in the other. The two towers will be connected by a 2,200 sqm retail gallery. One United Properties is run by local entrepreneurs Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Capitanu.
