The internet group onet.pl has joined a growing list of tenants at the Alma Tower office building in Kraków, taking 5,400 sqm. Knight Frank has been advised the landlord, UBM Polska, in the transaction which is now fully let.
Located at the Pilotów street in Kraków, Alma Tower offers nearly 10,700 sqm of lettable space. Other tenants include the Polish clothing retailer Vistula, PZU and Krakchemia. Delivered in 2014, the project was granted the LEED “Platinum” label at the construction stage.
