Onix Residence from Bucharest, bought the Neptun complex and the Delta Tennis court from the Grand Plaza Hotel company, in a transaction of EUR 5 million. The Neptun complex is located in Neptun, includes a restaurant, swimming pool, hotel, with a built-up area of 3,884 sqm, plus a plot of land of 1,225 sqm, called Delta Tennis Court.
Marian Ovidiu Iuliu, the chairman of the Board of Directors of Grand Plaza Hotel was empowered to carry out the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. In 2019, the net profit of Grand Plaza Hotel was RON 7,934,181.
