Onix Residence, controlled by Mohamad Murad, is scheduled to complete the first phase of a residential complex it is building near Carrefour Orhideea by the end of the year. All but 11 units have been sold, and the company has already started laying the foundation for the project’s second housing block. The second phase of the project should be completed by late 2015.
