The Openville Timisoara complex, being developed by Iulian Dascalu and Atterbury Europe, is set to be completed by the end of 2018. The scheme, the largest mixed-use real estate project in western Romania, will include 100,000 sqm of class A offices and 47,000 sqm of retail space, which is going up in front of the existing 55,000 sqm Iulius Mall Timisoara. Openville will also feature an underground passage for car traffic and more than 1,500 new parking spaces. Project costs have topped €200m.
