Office Properties Income Trust sold two office buildings for a combined $21.9m. The first property is a six-story, 121,711 sq ft office building in Buffalo, New York. The second property is a three-story, 287,037 sq ft vacant office building in Maynard, Maryland. Proceeds from the sales will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of amounts outstanding on the company’s unsecured term loan. OPI is managed by a subsidiary of RMR Group.
