The Oppenfield real estate platform, which operates across Europe, has reached the next level: As a further development of the existing network, Oppenfield Real Estate Investment Management GmbH (OREIM) was founded on August 31, 2022, with its registered office in Frankfurt. Majority shareholders are GalCap Europe from Austria and PIER Investment Partner from Germany. There are also five other shareholders from Belgium, France, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Spain.
The founding of OREIM will further professionalize the already close cooperation between the member companies from the areas of RE Investment, RE Advisory and RE Services.
The board members include Tim Ross and Dr. Manfred Wiltschnigg. The main goal is the development and introduction of modern fund concepts, which are implemented jointly by the highly specialized asset and investment managers from several countries (Germany, The United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic).
All partners involved have maintained an intensive international professional cooperation for many years. The partners are proven real estate specialists, including former managing directors or regional managers of the former Oppenheim Immobilien KAG and IVG Immobilien AG – namely Javier Fernández Clavé (JFC Real Estate Advisors, Madrid), Thierry Dorison (APCIM, Paris), Richard Kolb (Kolb Consulting, London). ), Tim Ross (PIER Investment Partner, Frankfurt), Hugo van Woerden (DutchRE, Amsterdam), Jan Vrancken (Vrancken Investment & Management, Brussels) and Dr. Manfred Wiltschnigg (GalCap Europe, Vienna).
