The company signed on for 56,635 sqf of warehouse/manufacturing space, 3000 sqf of which will be used for office space. Located at 2 Great Pasture Road, the building sits on a 15.57 acre site with easy access to I-84 exits 5 and 8 near Danbury, CT. Opportunity Buying Inc. specializes in the remarketing of closeouts and excess inventories The company will begin relocating to the new facility in May 2016. Cushman & Wakefield represented the building’s landlord while Phil Luria of Rakow Group represented the tenant.
