After the successful delivery of Oregon Park’s first phase, Optim PM was retained by the developer of the project, Portland Trust, as Project Manager for the second phase, a 46,702 sqm GBA office building comprising 2B+GF+6F+Technical Floor.
The services package provided by Optim PM also includes Cost Management and Health & Safety Coordination. Construction works are due to start in November with completion expected Q1 2019.
Oregon Park is Portland Trust’s third project in the Floreasca – Barbu Vacarescu area, the most developed office hub in Bucharest today. The project will be developed as a class A rated, low rise & energy efficient business park. The Developer is currently celebrating 20 years of development activity within CEE.
