Optim Project Management was assigned by Logicor as Project Manager for the second phase of Logicor Bucharest I – Warehouse C. The services package provided by Optim PM also includes Site Inspection and Health & Safety Coordination.
The logistic park is located on a green field site, situated in Mogosoaia and consists in two buildings of 20,554 sqm, respectively 22,273 sqm. The developer will extend the project, adding a new unit of 45,000 sqm divided into 5 cells with similar geometry, for which Optim Project Management was selected.
The new unit is scheduled for completion in Q4 2017.
