Another major project built by Optim PM in 2014 is the industrial laundry facility built for Salesianer Miettex in Oradea. The project is part of Euro Business Park Oradea and consists of the construction of an industrial laundry with a total area of 3,600 square meters. The company has also completed in just 7 months the construction of Vulcan Value Center commercial project, which belongs to the investment fund NEPI. The shopping center has an area of approximately 29,000 square meters, housing a hypermarket and a shopping gallery with 14 stores.
