OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT has won the “Project Management Company of the Year” award at this year’s SEE Real Estate Awards at the awards gala dinner held last week, on 23rd of April 2015, at the Radisson BLU Hotel in Bucharest, Romania. OPTIM PROJECT MANAGEMENT was credited for making a real difference to clients through its ability to demonstrate sound market contribution, its high quality of customer service, its commercial success and its robust construction development appraisal capabilities which are instrumental in helping to make developments happen.
The award was accepted by David Evans, who said, “OPTIM PM is delighted to have received this award and is extremely proud of successfully delivering the projects that led to this achievement. I would like to thank to all of our clients and especially the entire team of OPTIM, because without their enthusiasm and passion we couldn’t have won this award.”
In the last four years OPTIM PM has doubled the number of active clients in the Central Eastern European region, supporting the promotion of expansion opportunities and the supply of appropriate capability in Central and South Eastern Europe.
