Opus Land Development will open a shopping center at its Cosmopolis residential project at the end of November. The investment amounts to €2.2m. With a total area of 10,000 sqm, Cosmopolis Plaza will offer 4,100 sqm of leasable space. The mall will be anchored by a 950 sqm Carrefour supermarket. The tenant mix will include restaurants, a beauty salon, a playground for children and a pet shop.
“Cosmopolis residents, mostly young families, occupied with raising children, will be able to do shopping or spend time close to home. Another very important thing we took into consideration consider when we started to sketch plans for the strip mall, was to give the opportunity to entrepreneurs who are residents to develop their businesses, regardless of size. Thus, Cosmopolis Plaza hosts besides the main anchors, also smaller business even developed by our residents,” said Ahmet Buyukhanli, CEO of Opus Land Development.
