Opus Land Development plans to break ground on its second residential project in Bucharest at the beginning of next year. The project, an investment of €10m, will go up on a 2,300 sqm plot in the city’s Barbu Vacarescu district. The final scheme will include between 130 and 149 apartments over 10 floors. The ground floor will have commercial units. Ahmet Buyukhanli, owner of Opus Land Development, said the city’s residential market has started a gradual recovery. The developer also built the Cosmopolis residential project in Bucharest.
