Opus Land Development, the developer of the residential project Cosmopolis, will invest around €20m this year in the construction of 500 new homes in the project’s final phase.
A key feature of this last investment is a 3,500 sqm strip mall that will be anchored by Carrefour and miniPRIX.
Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania, manager and exclusive agent of Cosmopolis, recorded an increase of 34 percent in sales to 474 homes. The project is located in northeast Bucharest and will offer 2,600 units once completed following an investment of €288m. Up to 5,000 inhabitants are expected to live once sales are completed.
