Opus Land to expand Cosmopolis resi complex near Bucharest

Opus Land is planning to expand its Cosmopolis residential complex, north of Bucharest. The Turkish developer said it intends to invest €22m in the project this year. The company recently finalized its purchase of 15.6 ha of land next to Cosmopolis. Last year, Opus Land bought 10 ha for its expansion plans. The developer is planning to build another 500 apartments and villas in 2020 as well as infrastructure of a real city and seven additional swimming pools, according to Ahmet Buyukhanli, president of Opus Land.
