Opus Land Development will start construction on the fourth phase of the Cosmopolis residential project in Bucharest next year. The phase will comprise of 400 apartments in a €18m investment. The whole project will offer 800 apartments.
Opus will also set to break ground on its second residential project in Romania in 2015. The project, situated in the capital’s Barbu Vacarescu area, will offer 100 units. Costs are expected to hit €10m.
