A new underground parking garage with 455 spaces is being planning for Independentei street in Oradea. The project will be developed by Construcţii Bihor from Oradea and Terratest Geotehnic from Bucharest. Construction is expected to take 18 months.
The project’s costs, estimated at €5.4m, will be covered by the City Hall, which will pay 70 percent within three years through the Public Domain Administration via a credit provider, while the remaining 30 percent will be paid by RCS-RDS.
