French telecommunication company Orange Business Services has rented 5,300 sqm of office space in the skyscraper Mercury City in the business center Moscow City. The lease agreement is concluded for ten years. The transaction amount was not disclosed, but the deal is being described as the largest in the past two years for Moscow City. According to Colliers International, which handles leasing for Moscow City, the scheme has leased 3,100 sqm to Medtronic, medical equipment producer, as well as 2,100 sqm to Norilsk Nickel. Over the past year and a half, more than 30,000 sqm of office space has been leased in Moscow City.
