Mobile operator, Orange, has leased eight of the 12 floors of Skanska’s first Romanian project, Green Court office building. The deal means that this fall, more than 1,500 Orange employees will move into the new building, though Orange headquarters will remain at Europe House on Victoria Square. Green Court is now 90 percent occupied. Skanska is already working on the second building at Green Court, which will be delivered in the second half of 2015.
