The Den Hague building, the third phase of Orange Office Park in Kraków’s Zabłocie district, secured an occupancy permit. Located next to the junction of Klimeckiego and Powstańców Śląskich streets, the building offers 10,000 sqm. Orange Office Park, going up in four phases, will offer 35,000 sqm of office and retail space, as well as 550 parking spaces. The first phase was completed in July 2014. The developer, East-West Development Office, is controlled by the Luxembourg holding Chateau Thei SA, which is active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Poland.
