Orange Polska offload 68 properties, totaling PLN 243m in sales revenue, in 2018 and is planning to put an additional 70 on the market this year. The company started selling off properties it was no longer using in 2007. āTogether with the investors we drew up plans to remove the telecommunications equipment from the buildings. We are continuing to learn how to take up less space for our essential operations, and when we prepare a property for sale, we work with the local authorities to change local zoning plans so that in the future it may be used for other purposes,ā said Maciej NowohoÅski, an Orange Polska board member.
